Payment methods::
To reserve your rooms, you should deposit an advance, whose amount will be agreed with the Management during your reservation.
You are requested to pay the balance during your check in, cash.
During reservation, you can agree with the Management the currency to use.
Special offers are subject to a non refundable tariff, which will be charged on your credit card during reservation.
They are non refundable even in case of cancellation, modification or no show.
Cancellation, reservation and no show:
Zawadi Residence is a beautiful facility which offers a small number of rooms, very well furnished and decorated.
That’s why we kindly request to cancel your booking not later than 15 days before your arrival.
Reservations that are cancelled are subject to cancellation and No Show fees as follows:
0 – 15 days 100%
16 days and above : no penalties.
In some specific dates we may require cancellation fees when you cancel 25 days before arrival.
If, for any reason, you may decide to anticipate your departure date, you will be charged for the total of your reservation, with no ecception.
Location:
Zawadi Residence is not a Hotel but it consists in 5 rooms given for rent.
Zawadi Residence is a beautiful two-story facility. There are two rooms on the ground floor, and two rooms on the first floor. Their verandas overlook the lush and tropical garden. The bungalow has its own indipendent entrance, and is well equipped with a indipendent kitchen, veranda, garden, double room plus one single bed and private bathroom.
Services
Keys:
Our clients will be given their room keys and Guest House principal entrance keys as well. The mentioned keys must be returned during check out. Failure to do so, our clients will be charged of an extra cost.
House Keeping:
The rooms are cleaned up every morning from 10.00 to 12.00, in case they are not busy.
If they are, they will be cleaned up the next day.
Bathroom:
Every bathroom is fitted with hand and face soap.
Linen and towel change will promptly occur everytime the guests change.
During your stay, towels and linen will be changed after the third day. In any case, those ones who would like to change all the linens before that time, will be charged of an extra cost of 5 euro.
Parking:
In front of the Zawadi Residence there is an unwatched free parking.
Check in:
Zawadi Residence is not a hotel , every guest is welcomed personally.
Check in is possible from 14.00 until 18.00.

Check out:
Check out is not later than 10.00 a.m. According to our availability, late check out not later than 17.00 is possible at an extra cost of 30 euro.
WiFi connection:
WiFi internate connection is free from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the restaurant area
